HAPPENINGS IN THE HOA:
The regular HOA assessment for 2024 will remain $325. City & Village will bill homeowners in February, due March 1, late March 31. Interest will charged on all late payments beginning April 1. Failure to pay may result in a lien filed against the property.
The HOA roads are public roads, accepted by the county for maintenance years ago. Maintenance problems should be referred to St. Louis County Transportation and Public Works. Issues with speeding or unsafe drivers should be referred to St. Louis County Police.
